Product Research
Research is an important part of new product development. Most innovators tend to ignore this and let passion dictate their journey, leading to failure. With our approach equipped with industry leading tools and frameworks helps to understand the product vision, develop customer segmentation and position the product or solution by building value propositions, ensuring the product fits the market.
Empathy maps help us to understand customer needs and how the intended product can help to solve them. Using historical data, survey and focus-group feedback and other key information, we provide a detailed report with recommendations for the product strategy and a clear USP.

This discovery stage will take approximately 10 working days to complete. Working closely with you, we will perform an idea validation in line with the solution in mind. Whilst identifying dependencies and the required R&D, Tech Venturas can even create an IP in addition to the technology roadmap.

With our methodology of PoC, releasing the very first version of your product or the MVP release is accelerated.
